Return & Refund Policy – Zenbemart

At Zenbemart, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The item is unused and in original packaging

Return request must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Products without original packaging
Items purchased on clearance or special offers (if applicable)
3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us via email or phone within the return period
Share your order details and issue (with images if possible)
Our team will verify and approve the request
After approval, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return
4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or wrong product:

We may offer a replacement instead of refund
Replacement will be processed after verification
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping may be free if the issue is from our side
In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted
